Friends and Fans, forgive me for I have sinned. It’s been 2 years now since I’ve been talking about an acoustic EP, new songs, new album but 2010 is the year for them. Rather than spend a long time putting together one album and delaying the process of getting the songs to your hands, iPods, computers, and cars I’m going to be releasing multiple EPs this year. I’ll keep you updated as the process goes on, right now I’m fine tuning the new songs and making selections.
This is going to be an exciting year, thank you for all the continued support.

I’ve been gone from this blog for awhile now. I apologize folks.
Don’t you hate when you become the things that you always scoffed at? The general public opinion of musicians are that we are lazy. We never get back to emails right away, return your phone calls, check our voicemail, remember your names, and write on our blogs consistently.
I always thought that I would never be like that. The more that I evaluate where I am in my life I discover that maybe I’m more that way than I think. I don’t do those things when it involves other parts of my life. I call my girlfriend back. I check my voicemail when I miss a phone call from family oversees. I return emails right away at work. But I find myself unable to do those things when it comes to my music. I have some weird musicianitis where I slip into odd habits.
Anyways, I’m working on Christmas album. I figured there’s nothing better to get the songwriting juices going than writing about Jolly Old St. Nick, Snow, and Hot Chocolate.
I’ll post lyrics and demos when they become available.
Until then, help me get better at my musicianitis. Give me a call and force me to call you back.
I know that Myspace has one of these…kind of. It’s a little less personal. There’s a middle man there…we don’t need one. I WANT to talk to everyone face to face, or in today’s world: screen to screen. We’re moving to a place where one device can connect us all.
We’ve all found each other there, at first ICQ, AOL, Xanga, AIM, MySpace, Facebook, and now: Twitter. Blogs however, are a totally different kind of monster. Something about it is a little less intrusive. So we’re going to try this one. I’m going to do my best and keep everyone up to date on what’s going on in my world. I’m going to let you all know about my life, not just the music part (which I’m not even THAT good at updating you all on).
The second post I’ll let you all know about what’s going on with my life and what direction music is going into.
